Russia will export six Mi-171Sh military-transport helicopters to Bangladesh, Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade informed.

"The supply in 2016 of six Mi-171Sh helicopters through Rosoboronexport marks the continuation of cooperation between our countries in the military-technical sector. In particular, 5 Mi-171Sh helicopters supplied to Bangladesh last year have proven to be the perfect solution in the challenging climatic conditions of this country with its high temperatures and humidity. The new helicopters are currently being manufactured by the Ulan-Ude aviation factory," representatives of JSC Russian Helicopters commented.

All Mi-171Sh helicopters delivered to customers are kitted out with modern flight and navigation equipment making it possible to carry out flights at any time and under any weather conditions.
