Igor Nasenkov, First Deputy CEO, KRET, announced that in 2016 the company invested over 20 bln. rubles into its production facility upgrades.
“In 2016 we are going to invest another 20 bln. rubles into the design and production facility upgrades”, Mr. Nasenkov said.
As he noted, the largest investment project is the launching the production of platformless inertial navigation system (PINS) at Ramensky Instrument Design Bureau (RPKB). The total project cost is 12…14 bln. rubles.
In 1957 RPKB developed the first independent inertial navigation system. The first system has been modernized more than once and has made it into the history of the company, and the domestic instrument industry.
