Pursuant to the order of the Russian Government an Emergencies Ministry Il-76 took off from Ramenskoye airport today for the airport in Dushanbe to deliver humanitarian aid to the people of Tajikistan affected by a devastating earthquake.

The plane is delivering to Tajikistan more than 32 tonnes of relief goods, including mobile power stations, tents and blankets.
