Russia leaves open the possibility that controversy with Western countries may affect the ISS project

Controversy between Russia, EU and USA may affect the ISS project (International Space Station), but the political situation has not affected it yet, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the First Deputy General Designer – Head of ISS Russian segment, Vladimir Solovyev.

"AT present I don’t see any changes in relations between partners in the network of the ISS project. But sooner or later they might change in some way," Solovyev said. At the same time he noted that ISS is a politics-free zone.
