Aircraft and helicopters will compete with racing cars at MAKS-2015 airshow, RIAMO reports with reference to a representative of Aviasalon Company.

MAKS-2015 international airshow will be held during a period from August 25^th to August 30^th 2015 in Zhukovsky (Moscow Region) in the territory of Rossiya transport and exhibition center.

«Runway of the airfield in Zhukovsky will be used as a racetrack at MAKS-2015: aircraft and helicopters will compete with racing cars in acceleration and maneuverability on August 28^th, 29^th and 30^th from 11:00 to 18:00. World famous Yokohama Company (Japan) in cooperation with the airshow will hold a unique aviation and auto show: professional racers will compete with the best aircraft and helicopter pilots,» the source said.

According to the source, the best national racers, multiple champions of Russia, medalists and winners of international competitions, will take part in the show. Moreover, visitors will also see special cars taking part in a drift-show.
