Irkut Corporation was awarded with a certificate of acknowledgement from the President of Russian Federation

For a great contribution to State Defense Order implementation and strengthening of the country’s defense capabilities the staff of Irkut Corporation was awarded with a certificate of acknowledgement from the President of Russian Federation, the corporation’s press-service reports.

“In the network of the State Defense Order for 2012-2014 Irkut Corporation (part of United Aircraft Corporation) delivered large batches of Su-30SM fighters and Yak-130 operational trainers to Russian Ministry of Defense. Irkut Corporation is fulfilling its obligations on time and keeping the highest level of quality,” the company noted.

Irkut Corporation President Oleg Demchenko said: «the certificate of acknowledgement from the President of Russian Federation is the sign of appreciation of labor of thousands of our employees. Professionalism of the corporation’s specialists and upgraded production capacities allow us to increase military aircraft output in parallel with production of the first MS-21 passenger airliners».
