An integrated control system (ICS) developed by Radioelectonic Technologies Concern (KRET) and installed on the latest Russian Yak-130 operational trainers allows training pilots to operate not only Russian but also foreign fighters, IA Regnum reports with reference to KRET’s press-service.

Thanks to such training the pilots may operate not only indigenous fighters, but also F-16, F-15, F-22 or F-35 (USA), Rafale (France) or Eurofighter Typhoon (EU) jets.

The operational trainer is also fitted with another advanced equipment developed by KRET - laser strap down inertial navigation system BINS-SP-1. The system is intended for defining the position of an object, data processing and generating navigation and flight information. Leaders of Middle Eastern and Central Asian countries have shown interest in these vehicles many times.

The Concern is not only offering innovative solutions for the new aircraft, but also upgrading the already operated ones: representatives of KRET’s enterprises are always present at the air bases, where Yak-130 jets are operated, manufacturing quality of components is being controlled and spare parts pool has been established.
