Irkut Corporation paid 224,4 million rubles in repayment of a coupon of BO-04 series bonds

Irkut Corporation (part of United Aircraft Corporation) paid 224,4 million rubles in repayment of a coupon of BO-04 series bonds, IA Finmarket reports.

The coupon payment per one bond is 44,88 rubles. The company completed placement of the BO-04 bonds worth 5 billion rubles in November 2013. 10-year bonds have 20 half-year coupons. The first coupon’s rate set following the results of book building is 9%, the rates for 2^nd – 10^th coupons are the same. There is a possibility of early redemption of bonds at owners’ request or at the discretion of the issuer of bonds.

Irkut Corporation (part of United Aircraft Corporation) specializes in production of Su-30 multi-role fighters and Yak-130 operational trainers; the corporation is developing MS-21 passenger aircraft. The corporation’s major enterprise is Irkutsk Aviation Plant.
