Beriev Aircraft Company (TANTK, part of Irkut Corporation) started placement of additional shares worth 300 million rubles at face value, said in the company’s statement, Interfax reports.

The ending date of the placement is the date of placing the last share, but not later than a year after the state registration of the additional share issue.

Earlier the company told Interfax-Yug that the additional shares are placed in order to increase the company’s authorized capital.
