Yuri Slusar: UAC is stating deliveries of a pilot batch of T-50 fighters to Russian Ministry of Defense

United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) is stating deliveries of a pilot batch of T-50 (PAK FA) fifth-generation fighters to Russian Ministry of Defense, president of UAC, Yuri Slusar, told RIA Novosti.

He named research and development works carried out by UAC on behalf of Russian Ministry of Defense, including development of PAK DA next-generation bomber and PAK FA fifth-generation fighter.

“The PAK FA project is on schedule; we are starting deliveries of the pilot batch to the Ministry of Defense,” Slusar said.

PAK FA is Russian multi-role fifth-generation fighter. Composite components, cutting-edge technologies, the jet’s aerodynamic configuration and engine performance grant a very low radar, optical and IR signature.
