The S7 Group summarized the results of its activities in January 2015. The passenger traffic of the group was 717,2 thousand passengers (+5,3% year-on-year) in January 2015, the company’s press-service reports.

“Still the highest passenger traffic growth was recorded on domestic routes – +12,4% year-on-year. In total the Group’s airlines performed 6 965 flights (+3.5% compared to 2014). Since the beginning of the year the airlines’ passenger turnover increased by 1.9% and amounted to 1 531 599 thousand revenue passenger kilometers, cargo turnover reached 144 385 thousand revenue ton kilometers (+1.1%),” said in the statement.

This year S7 Airlines offers its passengers new destinations. In January the carrier started selling tickets for new flights to be performed in the network of summer schedule 2015: from Moscow to Naples (Italy), Nizhnekamsk, from Novosibirsk to Blagoveshchensk and a number of other routes, the company added.
