Ankara is ready to discuss the downing of the Russian Su-24 front-line bomber with Moscow, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Thursday.

Davutoglu urged Russia to discuss the incident, stressing that Ankara intends to resolve all conflicts through dialogue.

"If [Russia] wishes to once again get the information about the incident [with Su-24], then, although we've already shared it, we are ready to do it again" Davutoglu said during an official visit to Azerbaijan. 

Ankara is ready to talk to Moscow about any issues, except for Turkey's borders and sovereignty, Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said on Thursday.

"Turkey is ready to thoroughly discuss any issue with Russia, let the parties come out with any evidence, we will sit at the table and talk. Today, foreign ministers [Mevlut] Cavusoglu and [Sergei] Lavrov, meet in Belgrade at the OSCE ministerial summit, where all these issues are to be discussed. The only thing we do not discuss is the Turkish borders and sovereignty," Davutoglu firmly stated.

On November 24, a Su-24 aircraft was brought down in Syria by an air-to-air missile fired from a Turkish F-16 fighter. According to Ankara, the missile was shot in response to a violation of Turkish airspace.

The Russian General Staff and the Syrian Air Defense Command said that the Su-24 never crossed into Turkish airspace.

On Tuesday, the Russian government backed a proposal by Russian President Vladimir Putin to impose restrictions against Turkey due to security concerns in light of the downing of the Russian Su-24.
