The arbitration court of Moscow has decided to collect from airline "Transaero" 3.4 billion rubles in the claim of subsidiaries of "Rosneft" — "RN-Aero". About it reports RIA Novosti.

During the trial, "RN-Aero" demanded big picture of the airline to repay the debt under a contract of supply of aviation fuel, signed in 2014. Under the terms of the contract, the daughter of "Rosneft" made the Transaero aircraft at 14 airports and for the duration of the contract put jet fuel in 8 billion rubles. However, Transaero fulfilled their obligations completely.

The decision of the court has not yet entered into legal force, within one month, it can be appealed.

12 November Aeroflot announced the completion of the work of the operational headquarters established to solve problems of airline "Transaero".

"Transaero", which was the second largest volume of traffic of the Russian airlines, was on the verge of bankruptcy due to high debt load (more than 250 billion rubles, including lease payments and 85 billion of debt owed to banks) on the background of falling demand for flights. The company came under operational control of "Aeroflot" in the beginning of September.

Rosaviatsia from October 26 cancelled the certificate of the operator "Transaero", after which the company ceased operations. The carriage of passengers "Transaero" will continue until December 15 by Aeroflot and other Russian carriers.
