Russian airlines will be transferred by the end of 2015 about 93-94 million people, as in the past year. About it in interview to TV channel “Russia 24” said the transport Minister Maxim Sokolov.

“The loss of such areas as Ukraine, Egypt, Turkey in fact, the loss of the second ship of the carrier – the company “Transaero”, of course could not fail to affect the industry’s performance. Although the fall (unlike), as predicted by many experts, did not happen. And in this year, Russian airlines will serve about the same amount of passengers as last year, 93-94 million people,” he said.

In 2014, according to the Federal air transport Agency, Russian airlines carried 93,1 million passengers.
