The separate combined aviation squadron of the Eastern MD Air Force and Air Defence formation located on Kamchatka has received four new Mi-8AMTSh helicopters.
Representatives of the air formation completed inspecting the aircraft. The aircraft have been already put into service of the squadron.
In future they will be involved in performing training flights and tasks day and night. The helicopters are fitted with modern navigational equipment providing opportunity to carry out flights in any weather conditions.
