Russian Emergencies Ministry plane delivers Donbass-bound humanitarian cargo to Rostov-on-Don

An Emergencies Ministry Il-76 took off today from Ramenskoye airport for the airport of Rostov-on-Don to deliver about 22 tonnes of medications.

The medicines and medical items are going to be loaded to the trucks that will join the 48^th Emergencies Ministry humanitarian convoy that is being built at Don Rescue Center. Soon it will deliver in Luhansk and Donetsk regions foods, medicines, text books, New Year presents for children and elderly people, essentials.

In all, the Russian Emergencies Ministry convoys have delivered over 57 thousand tonnes of humanitarian aid to Luhansk and Donetsk regions since the middle of August 2014.
