Dmitry Medvedev ordered to form a governmental commission following the crash of Airbus A321 aircraft operated by Kogalymavia in Egypt, press-service of Russian government reports.
“Chairman of the Russian government Dmitry Medvedev ordered to form the commission in order to investigate the crash of Airbus A321 aircraft operated by Kogalymavia, which was performing flight from Sharm el-Sheikh to St. Petersburg. The commission will comprise representatives of all the key agencies and it will be headed by Russian Minister of Transport Maxim Sokolov,” said in the statement.
The government also noted “the head of this commission was instructed to depart to Cairo as soon as possible in order to organize the work. Russian Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov was instructed to take part in this work”.
