The State Commission chaired by Acting Head of Russia's space agency Roscosmos Aleksandr Ivanov has ruled that a modified Progress-MS cargo spacecraft will launch on December 21, Roscosmos said on its website on Saturday.

"The Progress-MS cargo spacecraft launches from the Baikonur space centre on December 21, 2015," the statement says.
