Aeroflot Coordination Centre Completes Work As All Transaero Passengers Are Reassigned To Flights Of Aeroflot And Other Russian Carriers

Aeroflot is pleased to announce that all 1.87 million passengers holding Transaero tickets for travel before 15 December 2015 have been reallocated to flights operated by Aeroflot and other Russian carriers, and that as a result Aeroflot is able today to close down the operations centre established in September for this purpose.

Aeroflot is offering refunds for passengers with tickets for travel after 15 December, including for return journeys after this date; for passengers travelling to Ukraine; and for passengers with tickets to the following destinations:

Toronto (if the outward journey is dated after 23 October 2015);
Kostanay, Bukhara (outward journey after 25 October);
Kokchetau, Cancun, Kyzylorda, Pathos, Rimini, Alicante, Lisbon, Ovda, Goa, Colombo (outward journey after 26 October).
