President of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), Mikhail Pogosyan, told BUSINESS Online at “Aerospace Technology, Modern Materials and Equipment” exhibition that he hopes that sanctions against Russia imposed by USA and EU will not affect the civil aircraft industry.

According to Mikhail Pogosyan, there is a close cooperation between the world’s largest airframers in this segment. In particular, Russian enterprises deliver titan for the needs of the aircraft industry.

We remind you that Russian low-cost carrier Dobrolet was forced to suspend flights due to EU sanctions. The sanctions were imposed against the airline, because it was performing flights to Crimea.
