Sheremetyevo International Airport has summarized the results of seven months of 2014. The airport serviced 17.9 million passengers (+8.5% as compared to the same period of 2013). According to the airport’s statement, passenger traffic on international airlines during January-July period reached 10,554 million passengers, on domestic airlines – 7.325 million passengers.

The most popular international destinations during January-July period were Antalya, Paris, Prague, Beijing; the domestic ones - St. Petersburg, Simferopol, Sochi, Krasnodar.

The most part of passenger traffic increase during the first 7 months of 2014 may be attributed to the following carriers: Aeroflot, Transaero, Donavia, Nordwind, Orenburg Airlines, Nordavia, Air France.

In January-July 2014, Sheremetyevo Airport handled 146, 966 takeoff-and-landing operations (+5,9% compared  to the same period of 2013).

The passenger traffic in July 2014 amounted to 3,371 million passengers (+8,2% as compared to the same period last year). Passenger traffic on international airlines in July reached 2,009 million passengers, on domestic airlines – 1,362 million passengers). In July, the number of takeoff-and-landing operations reached 23,438 ones (+2.3%).
