Three UAC companies made the list of the world’s largest defense enterprises

Three UAC (United Aircraft Corporation) companies made the list of the world’s largest defense enterprises published by the respected US weekly magazine Defense News: Sukhoi Holding Company, Irkut Corporation and Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG (RAC MiG). The rating is based on the companies’ revenues for 2013, press-service of UAC reports.

Sukhoi Holding Company was ranked 46th in this list. The company’s revenues were $2,1 billion. Irkut Corporation was ranked 56th (+6 positions). The corporation’s revenues in defense products segment were $1,4 billion (+29,2%).

Russian Aircraft Corporation MiG moved from 93rd to the 71st place with revenues of $927,2 million (+60,4% as compared to 2012).
