The program for delivery of Ukrainian-produced components required for assembly of An-148 aircraft in Voronezh is being implemented on schedule, ARMS-TASS reports with reference to CEO of Voronezh Aircraft Production Association (VASO), Sergey Yurasov.
According to him, the joint project of VASO and Antonov “is being implemented in strict compliance with the agreements signed”. There were no delays in deliveries “carried out by both Russian and Ukrainian party”, Yurasov added.
Ukrainian partners deliver the following components to VASO: engines manufactured by Motor Sich (Zaporozhye), wings and landing gear. The final assembly of the jets is being carried out in Voronezh.
