S7 Airlines was awarded for continued airworthiness of its fleet

S7 Airlines, member of oneworld alliance, received the professional award in the area of MRO, the carrier’s press-service reports.

It is the annual award established in 2008 in the network of Aircraft Maintenance Russia & CIS conference together with Air Transport Observer magazine. S7 Airlines received the special award for continued airworthiness of its fleet.

«The aircraft airworthiness maintenance is essential in terms of flight safety. Flight safety is the top-priority of our airline. It is important for us to know that S7 Airlines passengers may trust our airline, while planning their journey. They can be sure that their flight will be safe, comfortable and it will depart on time», - Deputy CEO of S7 Airlines on aircraft airworthiness maintenance, Alexey Ovsyannikov.

"S7 Airlines operates one of the youngest and most advanced fleets in Russia. The average age of its airliners is about 8 years. The carrier operates Airbus and Boeing aircraft", - the airline added.
