Aviastar-SP and UAC signed an agreement for production of two Tu-204-300 aircraft for the Department of Presidential Affairs

Aviastar-SP and United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) signed an agreement for production of two Tu-204-300 aircraft. The liners will be delivered to the Department of Presidential Affairs in late 2015, press-service of Aviastar-SP reports.

Tu-204-300 aircraft is designed for transportation of passengers, luggage and cargo. The jet was developed by Tupolev Company; it is manufactured by Aviastar-SP. According to the agreement the passenger capacity of the jets will be 142 passengers and 94 passengers. The aircraft’s range is over 6000 km; cruise speed - 830-850 km/h. The jets are powered by PS-90A engines. These airliners will be fitted with VIP cabins.
