Komsomolsk-on-Amur aviation plant started deliveries of Su-30MK2 fighters to Vietnam under the contract signed in 2013, Interfax-AVN reports.

“The first two out of 12 jets ordered in early December were delivered to Vietnam,” a source said. According to him, “two more jets of the type will be delivered to the customer this year, the rest 8 ones – in 2015”.

This is the third contract for delivery of Su-30MK2 fighters to Vietnam. Contracts for delivery of 8 and 12 jets of the type have already been successfully implemented.
