S7 Priority programme celebrates it’s sixth anniversary

S7 Priority, S7 Airlines frequent flyer programme, celebrates sixth anniversary. During this period more than one million of members joined the programme.

Last year S7 Priority offered to its members new opportunities and privileges. Now they can purchase award tickets on the airline website in the ordinary search and purchase form specifying miles as currency. A new option was introduced which allows to purchase additional miles, if there are not enough miles to buy an award ticket, or to transfer miles from your account to your friend’s account – another programme member. Moreover S7 Priority members can extend the validity term of miles which will expire in the current year, even if there is no opportunity to take flight necessary for it.

Terms for new members became more attractive too, now they can have miles credited in respect of their flights taken half a year prior to the registration.

During this year new partners have joined the programme, which means more opportunities to get miles for flights all over the world. Three airline companies have joined the global aviation alliance oneworld – TAM, US Airways and SriLankan. In the programme status miles are credited in respect of flights with these airlines. In addition Emirates airline has also joined the programme, and S7 Priority members can get bonus miles travelling with Emirates and purchase award tickets for the airline flights on 147 destinations in 84 countries of the world.

S7 Priority members can collect miles after the end of their trips leaving feedback on visited hotels, restaurants and sights on the largest traveler website – TripAdvisor. Members can get from 50 to 150 bonus miles for each feedback published on the website. It’s possible to earn up to 1500 miles a month.

A special event “To appreciate friendship” is held until the end of the year. S7 Priority grants additional miles for S7 Airlines flights. The number of additional miles depends on how long the passenger uses programme services. Members registered in 2012 receive in December twice the amount of miles in respect of each flight, and members registered in 2011 – three times the amount of miles. Members registered in 2010 receive the amount of miles multiplied by four, and members registered from the very beginning – from 2008-2009 – receive the amount of miles multiplied by five. In order to receive additional miles members should register in the event in advance onwww.s7.ru and take a flight before the 31st of December 2014.

S7 Priority members can still collect miles taking flights of S7 Airlines and all oneworld alliance partner airlines, and purchase award tickets for their trips. Status programme members get free access to more than 550 comfortable business lounges in airports all over the world and a number of other privileges, e.g. excess baggage allowance or fast track through security at the airport.

Members can also earn miles paying for their purchases with co-branded cards with partner banks Alfa-bank, UniCreditBank and the Bank of Moscow, and using services of other programme partners, among them hotels, auto rental companies, outlet chains, etc.
