UAC and AVIC expand their partnership

President of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) M.A. Pogosyan and President of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) Lin Zuoming signed a memorandum at Airshow Сhina 2014 aimed at expansion of partnership between the companies in the area of civil, transport and special-purpose aircraft, UAC’s press-service reports.

“Among the top-priority joint programs are cooperation in the area of development of turboprop aircraft as well as joint production, certification and promotion of regional aircraft. In order to implement the projects the parties have created a joint working group”, - UAC added.

For the aircraft, an inverse version of the airline's livery was chosen (not the standard white and red, but red and white).
