S7 Airlines, member of oneworld global alliance, announces reduced fares for the Flying Envelopes service. Now the price of delivery of packages with weight over 0.5 kg on S7 flights is lower, the carrier’s press-service reports.

“The cost of delivery of packages with weight under 0.5 kg will remain the same. The price of delivery for packages with weight over 0.5 kg will be lowered dramatically. The more the package weights, the lower its delivery costs compared to the current fares. The Flying Envelopes Service allows sending correspondence from one airport to another on S7 Airlines scheduled flights within the territory of Russia. The service is available in 46 Russian airports, which are servicing S7 flights. In order to send a package you just need to arrive in one of the S7 Airlines representative offices with your passport and sign the service contract. The contract must be finalized two hours before the departure of the flight (in accordance with the schedule). The recipient of the package will be able to receive it at the destination airport after showing his passport one hour after the flight arrival”, the airline explained.
