Transaero-Finances – subsidiary of Transaero Airlines, announced its financial statement for the first nine months of 2014 (made in accordance with Russian Accounting Standards), press-service of Transaero reports.
Revenues of Transaero-Finances for three quarters of 2014 exceeded 2 billion rubles. Book value of assets reached 4,6 billion rubles (increased by more than 1 billion rubles compared to the beginning 2014). The company’s net profit amounted to 954 million rubles.
«The results are positive, because one of the major assets of Transaero-Finances is a significant block of shares of Transaero Airlines (its share in the carrier’s registered capital remained the same over this period of time -11,51%)», - press-service of Transaero explained.
In 2014 Transaero’s MICEX stock prices grew by 33,6%. During this period the company’s capitalization increased by 8 billion rubles. Shares of Transaero Airlines are listed on Quotation List A (level 1) at MICEX; they are included in a number of indexes, for instance, Transport and Broad Market indexes. This fact confirms that the shares have reached a certain liquidity position and there are a lot of free-floating shares, the airline noted.
