Vladislav Felixovich Filev – CEO of S7 Group, was born on August 31st 1963 in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. He graduated from the Military Space Forces Academy named after Mozhayskiy (St. Petersburg) in 1985. During  1985—1993 period he served in the Strategic Missile Forces. From 1993 to 1996 he worked as a Deputy Director General For Economics, at Metalist plant (Novosibirsk, Russia). During the period from April to October 1996 he was a Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evrofinanci-Novosibirsk investment company. He was appointed Deputy Director General For Finance of BoguchanGESstroy in October 1996 (later he has taken up the post of Deputy Director General for Development and Strategy). He became a member of the Board of Directors of Sibir airline in 1997 as a representative of Rusinprom-Invest Investment Company. Vladislav Filev was appointed CEO of Sibir airline in March 1998. He established S7 Group in 2005. S7 Group is a holding company comprising 10 companies specializing in air services, maintenance of aircraft, personnel training, etc. The passenger traffic of the S7 Group’s carriers was 8 293 792 passengers in 2012.

Vladislav Filev goes in for water sports (water ski and swimming) and music. He pilots light aircraft and supports projects in the area of general aviation. According to bloggers, Vladislav Filev performed a flight on route USA-Alaska-Anadyr-Magadan-Bratsk-Novosibirsk confined to his jubilee. The flight was performed using 6-seat Epic aircraft.
