Bombardier CSeries 300 and Tu-204SM aircraft will join the fleet of VIM Airlines

VIM Airlines (also known as VIM Avia) and Ilyushin Finance & Co. leasing company (IFC) signed a letter of intent related to leasing of 5 Bombardier CSeries 300 aircraft. The agreement was signed at MAKS-2013 airshow.

The jets seating 138 passengers will be delivered to the customer in 2015-2016. The list price of CS300 is about $70 million.

We remind you that IFC and Bombardier Aerospace signed a purchase agreement for 32 CS300 jets with an option for another 10 aircraft of the type in February 2013.

In addition, VIM Airlines and IFC signed a firm contract for delivery of 5 Tu-204SM jets with an option for 5 more aircraft. Thus VIM Airlines became the launch customer of Tu-204SM.
