Letter of Intent in the field of after-sales support of MS-21 operators was signed between JSC IRKUT Corporation and Bombardier Aerospace at the MAKS airshow.
The document provides cooperation in the field of MS-21 after-sales support outside Russia within BombardierЃf customer support infrastructure and partners network.
The area of cooperation may include:
- pilots and technical training support,
- spare parts distribution ,
- warranty claim handling,
- airframe maintenance ,
- operational documentation assistance.
IRKUT Corporation intends to offer its customers the international level of quality. IRKUT has already started building a network of after-sales support in Russia, signed preliminary agreements with Russian and international centers of MRO and training of aviation personnel, made the first flight simulators. The MS-21 customer support infrastructure will also include the existing maintenance network of MS-21 vendors.
