S7 Airlines opens a contact centre in Asia

S7 Airlines, member of oneworld® alliance, announced the opening of a contact centre for passengers from China, Thailand, Japan and Republic of Korea.

“Now the passengers can make a free call from the cities of this region and get up-to-date information regarding flight schedule and carrier’s services or book a ticket for S7 Airlines’ flight. The centre’s operators speak Chinese, Russian and English. Contact centre works twenty-four seven”, - the airline noted.

The flights to Asia are important part of S7’s network. The carrier performs flights from the cities of Russia to Hong Kong, Beijing (China), Tokyo (Japan), in winter – to Bangkok and Phuket (Thailand). Moreover, S7 Airlines performs code-share flights from Vladivostok to Seoul (Republic of Korea) in cooperation with Asiana Airlines.
