The contract for delivery of Yak-130 operational trainers to Bangladesh may be signed at MAKS-2013 airshow, press-service of Aviasalon reports with reference to the Director of Irkut Corporation Engineering Center, Konstantin Popovich.

"We are conducting negotiations on deliveries of Yak-130 jets; many countries are interested", - he said. - Arguably we may sign a contract for delivery of Yak-130 operational trainers to Bangladesh at MAKS-2013 airshow". He did not specify the exact number of jets to be delivered to Bangladesh.

It was reported that Bangladesh is considering the possibility of purchasing 24 Yak-130 operational trainers in March in the network of LIMA-2013 show in Malaysia.
