Transaero has finalized the results of 6 months of 2013. They give testimony to substantial development of the company and significant growth of its operational indicators, the airline reports.
 
“Transaero’s passenger turnover during period from January to June 2013 was 21 933 009 thousand passenger-kilometers (+ 21.5% as compared to 6 months of 2012). The number of transported passengers was 5 491 042 (+ 26.4%). 29 000,71 tons of cargo have been transported during 6 months (+ 5,9%). 
The cargo turnover was 2 138 967 thousand ton-kilometers (+ 20.2%)”, - the carrier noted.
 
Commenting on these results, CEO of Transaero, Olga Pleshakova, said: “We are satisfied with the results and the rate of increase of our major indicators. Among the most important milestones of the first half of 2013 I would like to mention the launch of flights from Vnukovo airport and elaboration of strategic partnership agreement with UTair Aviation.
