The Board of Directors of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company (SCAC) has re-elected the president of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), Mikhail Pogosyan, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Prime reports.

The company’s shareholders have re-elected 8 members of the Board of Directors: COO Business of Alenia Aermacchi S.p.A., Ugo Vinti; CEO of Alenia Aermacchi S.p.A., Giuseppe Giordo; CEO of Gruppa Alyans, Vitaly Keondzhyan; Vice-President of UAC for Aviation Programs and Innovations, Leonid Komm; President of Vangvard, Vladimir Lopukhin; CEO of Sukhoi Company, Igor Ozar; Vice-President of UAC for Economics and Finance, Vladimir Chirikov, and Mikhail Pogosyan.
