Transaero launches second daily flight from Vnukovo airport to Yerevan

Transaero will start performing second regular daily flight from Moscow to Yerevan and back on June 15th 2013, the carrier’s press-service reports.

Flight UN263/264 will be performed daily from Moscow Vnukovo airport to Zvartnots airport in accordance with the following schedule (local time): 
Departure from Vnukovo - 10.50, arrival in Yerevan - 13.30; departure from Yerevan - 14.20, arrival in Vnukovo - 17.15.

The passengers of this flight will have the opportunity to perform flights onboard Boeing 737 aircraft having a unique cabin configuration. The jet has a business class cabin with an increased seat pitch seating 56 passengers. Moreover, the jet is equipped with a system enabling high-speed in-flight internet access and mobile services.

Flight UN263/264 will be performed from the Russia’s most advanced Terminal A of Vnukovo airport, where Transaero is creating its new transit center for flights from the cities of Russia and CIS Region to USA and Western Europe. Vnukovo is located closer to the center of Moscow than the other airports of Moscow Air Cluster and it also has an extensive transport infrastructure.

We remind you that Transaero started performing regular flights to Yerevan from Domodedovo airport in February 2012. Domodedovo isthe carrier’s largest base airport.

Now Transaero’s passengers from Armenia may perform direct or transfer flights using two airports – Domodedovo and Vnukovo.

The opening of the second flight from Moscow to Yerevan demonstrates Transaero’s strong commitment to development of air transportation between Armenia and the cities of Russia and other countries, said in the carrier’s statement.
