Sheremetyevo international airport has opened a state-of-the-art capsule hotel “Vozdushny Express” intended for transit passengers. The new hotel is located at the Clean & Transfer Area of Terminal E (between Mother-and-child room and first aid room). The hotel is open 24 hours. The guests may only stay in the hotel for 24 hours or less, the airport’s press-service reports.

Vozdushny Express was built on the basis of European capsule hotels. The rooms resemble cabins of cruise liner: soft lighting, comfortable furniture and elegant interior in light colors make you feel lightness and comfort after the flight.

The hotel offers 66 comfortable rooms of economy, business and first class. The rooms are equipped with the most important things like shower, toilet, TV, hairdryer and free internet access (Wi-Fi).

Sheremetyevo is doing its best to make the transit passengers’ stay at the airport comfortable. Transfer Areas of Terminals F, E and D are integrated into common Clean & Transfer Area. All the transit passengers move to the area after check-in, customs and passport control.

Thus the transit passengers may move freely in the Clean & Transfer Area, have a rest at Vozdushny Express, have a meal or a cup of coffee and enjoy shopping at Duty free shops.

Moreover, transit passengers may use business lounges, mother-and-child room and free Sirius lounge intended for disabled people.
