An issue related to deliveries of Yak-152 aircraft to Russian air forces should be worked out over the next two months, ITAR-TASS reports. It was stated by the Director of Irkut Corporation Engineering Center, Konstantin Popovich, at Paris Air Show.
"The air forces are increasing the number of cadets in the air force academies. This fact raises the question related to increasing their flight experience. Yak-130 may be used for both primary and advanced training. But the analysis shows that our air forces need a light piston aircraft", - he explained.
"The issue related to deliveries of Yak-152 aircraft is still relevant. It should be worked out in the next two months", - Konstantin Popovich noted.
