An agreement between Government of Ulyanovsk Region, United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) and Russian Technologies State Corporation on establishing of Transport Aircraft Engineering Center in Ulyanovsk Region will be signed at MAKS-2013 airshow. It was reported at the meeting of existing and potential suppliers for Il-76 program held in Ulyanovsk.

«The new enterprise will be carrying out assembly and overhaul of transport aircraft. Today a lot of aircraft are serviced outside Russia. The establishing of Transport Aircraft Engineering Center will change this situation. The main purpose of the Center is to consolidate all the enterprises, which are developing, manufacturing and carrying out aftersales support of the transport aircraft» - press-service said.
