Soyuz-2 launch vehicle will be launched from Vostochny cosmodrome in late 2015

The launch of Soyuz-2 launch vehicle from the first launch site of Vostochny cosmodrome will be performed in late 2015, RBC reports. It was stated by the Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin.

"The work is being carried out in accordance with the schedule with no setbacks. We intend to launch light Soyuz-2 launch vehicle from the first launch site in November 2015", - he noted.

Moreover, according to the Vice Prime Minister, the construction of new city near Vostochny cosmodrome is underway. The city will be named Tsiolkovsky and its population should exceed 20 thousand people in future. Luxury houses intended for young professionals will be built in the city, Dmitry Rogozin added.
