Russian Ministry of Defense and Beriev Aircraft Company signed contract for delivery of six Be-200ChS aircraft

Russian Ministry of Defense and Beriev Aircraft Company (part of United Aircraft Corporation) signed contract for delivery of six Be-200ChS aircraft, press-service of Beriev Aircraft Company reports.

«Two jets will be delivered in baseline configuration (Be-200ChS version) and the next four jets will be delivered in Be-200PS configuration (without fire-extinguishing equipment). The total value of this contract is 8 408 100 000 rubles», - said in the enterprise’s statement.

It is expected that the next contract between the Ministry of Defense and Beriev Aircraft Company for delivery of another eight Be-200 amphibian aircraft will be signed soon.
