Aviastar-SP completed the flight development testing of Il-76MD-90A aircraft ahead of schedule

The flight development testing of an upgraded Il-76MD-90A aircraft has been completed in Zhukovsky, press-service ofAviastar-SP reports. The work has been completed ahead of schedule.

The crew headed by the honored test-pilot of Russia, Hero of Russia, Nikolay Kuimov, has performed 19 out of 22 planned test flights having verified the work of all the aircraft systems early, said in the statement.

«At present the specialists of Ilyushin Company’s flight test and development base are adjusting the aircraft systems in order to deliver the jet to the Ministry of Defense for performing further tests, - the press-service noted. – After the completion of joint state testing the Il-76MD-90A its serial production will be launched».
