Two new plants for production of S-400 air defense systems will be constructed in Russia, Vladimir Putin said during a live TV call-in show, Kommersant reports.

«In fact we have already started the construction of two new plants for production of state-of-the-art S-400 air defense systems», - the president said. He added that these air defense systems “are purchased by all of our customers all over the world”. According to him,Russia must meet this demand.
