Transaero is the only Russian carrier to make the list of Europe’s top-15 airlines by passenger load factor following the results of 2012 (Transaero was rated 11th on the list), the carrier’s press-service reports.

The rating was made by the prestigious British analytic company Flightglobal Pro following the results of 2012. A total of 65 airlines were included in the rating (among them 30 Russian carriers), Transaero noted.

«Only one out of 5 Russian top-carriers (Transaero) with the passenger load factor of 82,5% has made the list of Europe’s top-15 carriers, - press-service of Transaero reports. – This is very important milestone provided that Transaero has the largest fleet of long-haul aircraft in Russia, CIS Region and Eastern Europe. As of the end of 2012 the carrier’s fleet comprised 52 long-haul aircraft: 24 Boeing 747s, 13 Boeing 777s and 15 Boeing 767s».
