68 aircraft of the Russian air forces will take part in the ceremonial parade dedicated to the 68th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War held at the Red Square in Moscow on May 9th, press-service of the Russian Ministry of Defense reports. It was stated by the Commander-in-Chief of the Army of Russian Federation, Colonel General, Vladimir Chirkin.

He noted that 17 unique air groups of the Russian air forces will be taking part in the demonstration flights.

The following aircraft will take part in the parade: Su-24, Su-25, Su-27, Su-34, MiG-29, MiG-31, An-22, An-124, Il-76, Il-78, A-50, Tu-22M3, Tu-95 Tu-160, Mi-8, Mi-26, Mi-28 and Ka-52.

The rehearsal of the demonstration flights took place in Alabino on April 26th 2013.
