S7 Airlines has updated the online check-in system. Now the passengers purchasing tickets in travel agencies as part of a tour package are able to check in using the carrier’s website, press-service of S7 Airlines reports.

«Previously this service was unavailable to passengers purchasing tours with flights performed by S7.  The check-in was performed only using check-in counters located at the airport. The service was also unavailable for groups comprising more than 6 passengers», - the airline explained adding that “the update of online check-in system has also made the service available to groups of passengers».

The press-service reminded that online check-in opens 23 hours before and closes 50 minutes before flight departure. «S7 Airlines is carrying out step-by-step update of the online check-in system. S7 was the first Russian airline to provide the online check-in for passengers travelling with kids under the age of 2 years. Moreover, the passengers now have the opportunity to choose their fellow passengers specifying their profile in one of the social network services», - said in the statement.
