IrAero intends to purchase two Boeing 737 aircraft and one Boeing 777 by 2016, the airline’s press-service reports.
«IrAero plans to develop its route network and switch to the new aircraft types. At present the carrier operates 21 aircraft, including six CRJ-200s, which perform most of the flights, - the airline noted. – The carrier intends to acquire CRJ-700 aircraft, which has higher capacity, over the next three years».
The airline’s representative also noted that IrAero intends to purchase three Boeing 737 aircraft (two versions) and Boeing 777. The negotiations on this contract are underway. «This work is being carried out in the network of switching to new aircraft types. It is also planned to purchase MS-21 aircraft in the long-term», - the carrier’s press-service noted.
