Over 21 billion rubles were allocated for increasing authorized capital of the enterprises of aircraft industry from the federal budget in 2012. It was stated by Dmitry Medvedev during his speech at the State Duma related to the results of the government’s activities in 2012, press-service of Russian government reports.
«State support and demand are very important for a number of top-priority industries, - the prime-minister underlined. - Over 21 billion rubles were allocated for increasing authorized capital of the enterprises of aircraft industry from the federal budget in 2012. The enterprises of aircraft industry have been provided with the subsidies intended for technical re-equipping, innovative and investment project».
In addition, over 18,5 billion rubles were invested in the fixed assets of the aircraft industry in the network of different target programs, Dmitry Medvedev said. «As a result the output of the aircraft industry increased by 12% in 2012. This is not a breakout, but it is a step forward as compared to last year», - he noted.
The premier also brought up a topic of regional aviation. «The passenger traffic of air transport increased by 17% last year, partly because of subsidizing a number of routes. 500 thousand passengers have purchased the discount tickets», - Dmitry Medvedev said adding that “this is the important milestone taking into account the isolated location of Far East, Kaliningrad and north regions».
